Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 49(c) of the Water Resources Act, specifies in its Schedule fees payable to the Water Resources Authority for applications for or grant of a licence or consent of the Authority. Fees are payable for: (an application for) a licence to abstract water or to construct waterworks for the abstraction of water; (an application for) a consent/permit to sink or enlarge a well; and (an application for) a well-driller's licence.
