Abstract

These Regulations lay down certain requirements regarding the custody or control of silage, slurry or fuel oil for purposes of prevention of pollution of waters. They also allow the Environment Agency to serve a notice requiring the carrying out of works or precautions to be taken for reducing the risk of pollution to controlled waters and provide an appeal process against such notices.
