Abstract

These Regulations amend the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil (England) Regulations 2010 in relation with interpretations, custody or control of silage that is being made or stored, a notice of the Environment Agency requiring the carrying out of works or taking precautions or other steps and offences and penalties.
