Abstract

The Regulations concern appeals under means an appeal under section 31 of the Water Resources Act. Under section 57, the Environmental Engineer or any person aggrieved by a decision of the Environmental Authority may by notice under this section appeal to the Minister. Matters provided for include: time limit for appealing, notice of appeal, service of notice, Director's (Environmental Engineer) case, additional documents, the record, appeals where no inquiry held, Minister may dismiss appeal in spite of certain irregularities, extension of time, abandonment of appeal.
