Abstract This Act provides for the Minister, through the Water Resources Branch (sect. 2(1)), to manage and administer matters under the direction administration and control of the executive government of the province, that relate to the construction, operation of water control works, and, those matters dealt with under the following Acts, or regulations: (a) The Dyking Authority Act; (b) The Ground Water and Water Well Act; (c) The Rivers and Streams Act; (d) The Water Power Act; (e) The Water Rights Act; (f) The Water Supply Districts Act (sect. 2(3)).
