Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) prohibits the bringing of animals to lake kineret and letting them drink or bath in its water, or to pollute the water in any way. Section (2a) prohibits the bringing of animals to water springs or water origins near lake Kineret or to water origins that supply water into lake Kineret. Section (3) allows the bringing, drinking and bathing of animals in lake Kineret only in places authorized by the Water Governor, that are indicated by special signs.
