The Ordinance sets out quality requirements for certain substances and lists programmes for the reduction of pollution through these substances within the water resources management. Article 3 establishes that the Water Resources Office adopts programmes to reduce the pollution of surface water as listed in the Annex. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
