The Ordinance lays down requirements for an appropriate water protection. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the: a) discharge of polluted waste water; b) general drainage plans; c) operation of waste water treatment plants; d) treatment of sewage sludge; e) use of fertilizers; f) use of plant protection production.
