The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 76/464/EEC on pollution caused by certain dangerous substances discharged into the aquatic environment of the Community. The Ordinance sets out quality requirements for certain substances and lists programmes for the reduction of pollution through these substances within the water resources management. Article 3 establishes that the Water Resources Office adopts programmes to reduce the pollution of surface water as listed in the Annex. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
