The present Regulations enter into force on 8 November 2006.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Water Power Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the payment of water charges on behalf of persons who use water for the purpose of producing water power, including persons who store water for the purpose of producing water power. Such persons shall pay a water rental to the corporation calculated in accordance with these Regulations. The text consists of 4 sections.
