Abstract

The Regulation implements the Water Pollution Control Law setting out the circumstances where it is possible a substantial increase of vegetable planktons in lakes; establishing the formula to be used in order to calculate the total permissible pollution load for discharge into water and the procedures to be followed in the reports by the persons discharging effluents from "specified facilities" (Article 1 to 8). Further the Regulation provides for the measurements of state of pollution of effluents. (12 Articles)
