In the present Order are given the general terms for waste disposal deriving from wine factories. The general terms for waste disposal are determined in the Annex to this Order and shall apply to wine factories receiving up to 1000 tons grapes per year and to which a waste disposal authorization is granted according to the provisions of the basic law.
