Abstract This Regulation under the Water Act 1912 and consisting of 12 sections completed by one Schedule establishes that for the purposes of section 113(1) of the Act, an application for a licence for a new bore or for enlarging, deepening or altering an existing bore must be in Form 1 (reg. 4). For the purposes of section 115(1) of the Act, a licence under section 115 of the Act is to be in Form 2 (reg. 5). Regulation 4 specifies also the plans which shall accompany an application. The remaining regulations implement provisions of Part 5 of the Act which deal with water charges and licence fees.
