This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation, made under the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998 and consisting of 35 sections divided into four Parts and completed by three Schedules, aims to protect water quality and manage the catchments by exercising certain regulatory functions over non-scheduled premises and activities under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997.
