Abstract

These Regulations, of 20 Sections and One Annex, make provisions and establish procedures for the regulation of Water Measuring in open canals in Israel. Section (1) gives definitions. Secs. (2) to (4) regards measuring devices installation procedures and device installation program. Secs. (5) and (6) deal with existing measuring devices. Secs. (7) and (8) establish conditions for the pricing of measuring devices. Section (9) regards keeping and maintenance procedures for measuring devices. Secs. (10) to (15) provide with procedures for device checking and testing. Secs. (16) to (19) establish water measuring registration and data collection procedures. Section (20) gives name to these regulations.
