Part 2 clarifies the amount of water that can be taken by a person under section 48(2) and section 48(4A) of the Act depending on the purpose; the Part distinguishes among: domestic purpose, for irrigation of a household garden, for watering cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, or turkeys. Part 3 provides for water license fees, and identifies administrative fees, field management fees, multiple water allocations fees, aquaculture, hydro-electricity generation, and others. Part 4 regulates well drillers' licences classes and conditions. Part 5 is on enforcement and entails infringement notice and demerit points.
