Abstract

These Regulations are organized in 3 Parts. Part 2 clarifies the election process of the elective members of the board of a trust, this include nominations, conduct of ballots, declaration of results, among others. Part 3 establishes process for conducting a polls for the purposes of borrowing money by a trust (see section 213 of the Water Management Act 1999).
