Abstract

The use of water from the Nadi Water Supply System for- (a) the washing of all vehicles, boats, ships, or vessels, buildings, structures, roads, streets and yards, provided that this prohibition shall not apply to the use of water in the public interest, or for the maintenance of essential hygiene; (b) the watering of crops, flowers, plants, trees, shrubs, rootcrops, lawns, fields, gardens, food gardens, orchards or plantations; or (c) the filling of private swimming pools, is prohibited (para. 2).
