Abstract

Belize Water Services Limited, a company limited by shares and formed and registered under the Companies Act of Belize, is nominated as the Successor Company for the purposes of the said Act. Section 85 of the Act shall have effect with regard to the vesting of the assets and liabilities of the Water and Sewerage Authority in the company accordance with the provisions contained in the said section.
