Those By-laws prescribe rules relative to good plumbing practice, including the installation of systems for the supply of (potable) water, the discharge of waste water and the treatment of waste water in sewage plants. All plumbing systems installed shall be in conformity with the provisions of the Code. Wastes detrimental to the public sewer system or to the functioning of the sewage treatment plant shall be treated and disposed of as directed by the Administrative Authority.
