Abstract This Regulation implements the Water Fluoridation Act 2008. It defines the minimum and maximum concentrations prescribed for a water supply containing naturally occurring fluoride, the forms of fluoride that a public potable water supplier for a public potable water supply may add to the water supply, the prescribed fluoride concentration, the recording and reporting requirements, and the methods of analysis of fluoridated water.
