Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to regulate the exploitation of public fluvial water and groundwater. Article 1 establishes that the extraction of water from public waters is subject to an authorization. Article 2 lists the requirements to obtain an authorization to extract water. Article 3 concerns the withdrawal of an authorization. Article 4 deals with water charges. Article 5 regulates the reduction and remission of water charges. Article 6 contains provisions on the assessment of water quantities. Article 7 deals with survey of water bodies. Article 8 concerns existing water exploitation. The text consists of 9 articles.
