Abstract

This Chapter of Division 7 of the Water Code of California defines responsibilities of remediating agencies in the cleanup of waste in abandoned mines. The remediation plan to be submitted by a remediating agency to the oversight agency (the State Water Resources Control Board or a regional board) shall include specified information.
