This Chapter of Division 7 of the Water Code of California concerns compliance in California with the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. That Act (33 U.S.C. Thid Act, among other things: prohibits discharge of any radiological, chemical, or biological warfare agent into the waters of the state; requires various wastewater requirements to be adopted (also relating to wells and aquaculture); provides with respect to civil liability.
