Abstract

This Chapter of Division 3 of the Water Code of California continues into existence the Sacramento and San Joaquin Drainage District and provides that the shall be a body corporate and that its management and control are vested in the Central Valley Flood Protection Board. The district may acquire, own, hold, use, and enjoy any and all properties necessary for the purposes of the district. Its boundaries are set forth and described in Chapter 170, Statutes and Amendments to the Codes, California, 1913.
