Rule 5 contains provisions relative to the design, location and operation of sewerage systems, cesspool or septic tanks of dwelling houses. Applications to alter, construct or extend individual sewerage disposal systems shall be made to the manager of DOWASCO Ltd. This company may also enter protected forests at any time and carry out or survey works as the Minister may direct.
