Abstract

The 44 regulations are divided into seven Parts, i.e.: General (I); Control of Water Resources (II); Water Pollution Control (III); Licensing of Water Operations (IV); Water Supply and Sewerage Control (V); Appeals (VI); Miscellaneous and Transitory Provisions (VII). Part II is divided into three sections: Licence of right in accordance with section 10 (A); Groundwater abstraction licenses (B); Provisions common to groundwater licenses and licenses of right (C). Throughout the text a lot of attention is given to discharge of effluents and other matters which relate to water pollution. (2 Schedules)
