Abstract

These Regulations of the National Water And Sewerage Authority in exercise of the powers under section 27 (5) and 52 of the National Water and Sewerage Authority Act, prescribe rates, charges and fees payable by metered consumers and charges and fees for services rendered by the Authority. They also provide with respect to, among other things, various matters of payment of rates, fees and charges; power to discontinue water supply in respect of the non-payment of rates, charges or fees for either water or sewerage services; reconnection charges; recovery of unpaid rates, charges or fees; metering.
