The eligible customer when granted the concession is entitled to have the amount, for a billing period, of a relevant fixed charge that the customer is liable to pay to the entity in respect of a specific dwelling reduced by the concession amount for the billing period. The Part continues clarifying the billing period in which concession begins and ends, the rate, notices and offences. Part 3 concerns reimbursement by State of regulated entities.
