Abstract

These Regulations define which areas along rivers, streams and lakes form part of a water catchment area and place restrictions on activities within such areas. Inland waters are classified as class A, B, or C streams and appropriate protected areas are designed for each class. The operations which are allowed in protected areas under certain conditions include timber extraction and logging. (8 sections)
