An Act to provide for the development and control of water supply and sewerage facilities in Trinidad and Tobago and matters of sanitation incidental thereto; the promotion of the conservation and the proper use of water resources; and for the establishment of an Authority to administer the several purposes aforesaid and matters connected therewith.
