Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 25 and 47 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act, prescribe wastewater fees payable by every owner or occupier of a living quarter, or of business premises, connected to the wastewater system and who is liable to pay water charges to the central Water Authority under any enactment and specified in the Schedule to these Regulations. Fees shall also be paid by owners or occupiers of bottling premises who use groundwater or water supplied by the Authority.
