Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to waste water from waste incineration facilities. In particular, the Ordinance applies to waters listed in Annex 33 Part A of the Waste Water Ordinance of 15 October 2002 (BGBl. I, p. 4048). The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Calculations (2); Additional parameters (3); Requirements for measurements and monitoring (4); Duty to report, information of the public (5); Existing discharge devices (6); Entry into force (7).
