Entry into force notes
This Ordinance enters into force one year after its promulgation.
Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the discharge of waste water from meat producing plants into public waters; in particular, waste water containing polluting substances must be monitored and amounts curtailed. The maximum residue amounts are laid down in Annex A. The Ordinance consists of 5 articles and 2 Annexes.
