Abstract

Article 1 establishes that the present Ordinance shall apply to all official acts of the Federal Environmental Agency (Umweltbundesamt) as competent authority for the authorization of movements of waste requiring notification in transit through the Federal Republic of Germany. Fees shall be imposed pursuant to the stipulations laid down in the attached list of fees. Additional charges shall not be imposed. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
