The data entered includes entries regarding licence applications and reviews, entries regarding waste licences, miscellaneous entries and the register shall contain an inventory for the purposes of article 15 of Council Directive 80/68/EEC of relevant waste licences granted. The Regulations give effect, in addition to Council Directive 80/68/EEC to provisions of: (a) Council Directive 75/442/EEC on waste, as amended; (b) Council Directive 80/68/EEC on the protection of groundwater against pollution caused by certain dangerous substances; and (c) Council Directive 91/689/EEC on hazardous wasted.
