In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to projects concerning waste management. Part II concerns designation of undertakings in view of environmental assessment. This Part lays down provisions concerning the establishment of sites, change to landfilling site or dump, increase in total waste disposal volume, hazardous waste and liquid industrial waste, change to thermal treatment site and use of energy or fuel.
