Abstract

This Order amends the Waste Management (Jersey) Law 2005: in article 1 by changing the definition of ‘European Community Regulation" and by adding a definition of ‘Waste Framework Directive’; in article 26 in relation to an application for the grant of a waste management licence; in article 28 in relation to conditions of a waste management licence; in article 62 in respect of multiple consignments in transboundary movement of waste and in Schedules 8 and 11.
