It also concerns the removal and disposal of asbestos. The executive member may publish Guidelines for the operation, use and management of Waste Management Centres and other places used to dispose of waste or waste management facilities designated by the executive member. A person must not deposit waste at a Centre except in accordance with the Guidelines. The Act grants regulation-making powers to the Administrator.
