Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to: 1) protect the life and health of human beings against harmful effects from the incineration of waste; 2) arrange incinerators in such a way that emissions are as low as possible; 3) produce and use energy efficiently; 4) avoid the incineration of metals. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Purpose of the Ordinance (1); Application forms (2); Emission threshold values (3); Other than normal conditions (4). Six Annexes are enclosed.
