"Waste food" means – (a) meat, bones, blood, offal or any other part of the carcase of any animal or bird, or any product derived therefrom, (b) hatchery waste, eggs or eggshells, (c) any broken or waste foodstuffs, including table or kitchen scraps, which contain or have been in contact with anything mentioned in (a) or (b).
