The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1991.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Law implementing the Waste Disposal Law of 6 February 1974. The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the use and quality of waste disposal facilities. The text - consisting of 25 articles – deals with the following issues: sphere of application, users, request of waste containers, collection of waste, treatment of waste containers, collection of containers, participation of users, private promotion facilities, bulky waste, size of containers, exceptions, penalties.
