The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of waste and soil protection provisions in Saxony. In particular, the Ordinance defines the responsibilities of the following public bodies: the State Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture, regional offices, Mining Office, State Office for Environment, Agriculture and Geology, and other specialized agencies. The text consists of 7 articles.
