Abstract

The Act covers the management of waste not regulated by other legislations such as classification of waste, planning of waste regulations on waste, arrangements for waste, data on waste charges for waste, use of waste systems, labeling of wastes, authorized waste , review of waste, approval and registration of waste treatment plants, collection of waste and benchmarking of waste treatment plants. The Act does not include the handling and planning of residues from gas cleaning in power plants based on fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas.
