No person or owner of any animal shall permit any animal to wander or trespass on any land at any time. The Act gives the owner of any land the right to shoot or destroy any animal trespassing on his or her land. The Act further provides for the appointment of animal inspectors, defines their powers and defines regulation-making powers of the High Commissioner. Full text English Website www.paclii.org
