The Authority may, inter alia, co-ordinate or control the use, development, conservation, maintenance and improvement of public land in accordance with the development plan; acquire property by gift or purchase or in any other manner; hold or administer property or acquire, by lease, licence or otherwise, the right to occupy and use property; subject to section 48, sell, grant, convey, lease or otherwise dispose of its property; construct, maintain or operate any park, improvement or service facility; subject to any other provision of this Act relating to landscape maintenance, service maintenance, landscape construction and service facilities.
