This Fund has the task to contribute to the maintenance of wine growers industries and in particular to develop, prepare and promote new vine yards. The Fund is under the control of the Minister for Agriculture, Vine and Forestry who is also empowered to transfer further tasks to it. The text consists of 26 articles.
