Abstract

An Act to regulate the trade of vine plants. To be admitted, a new vine variety must be distinguishable, constant and homogenous. The relevant request must be addressed to the Federal Institute for Fruit and Wine which keeps a record of all vine varieties. Part 3 concerns the trade of seeds of vine plants. Finally, the text deals with issues such as export to third countries, survey, fees, competence of various bodies. The Act contains 24 articles divided into 5 Parts.
