Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the National Parc of “Danube Auen”. Article 1 establishes that the area within the red line in the enclosed map shall be declared “national park area”, whereas the dark green area is declared “nature zone”; the light green colour indicates “nature zone with management”; the grey area is “administrative zone”, and finally the blue colour indicates “exterior zone”. The text consists of 6 articles and 1 Annex.
