The present Law enters into force on 1 January 1948.
Abstract

The present Act regulates the fishing activities in the area of Greater Vienna. The text consists of 66 articles divided into 13 Parts as follows: Fishing waters, fishing rights (I); Fixing of fishing areas (II); Contributions (III); Fishers (IV); Vienna Fishing Committee (V); Fish breeding in wintertime (VI); Harmonization of fishery with other laws (VII); Fishing police provisions (VIII); Regional Fishing Committee (IX); Authorities and procedures (X); Scope of competence of the local authority (XI); Penal provisions (XII); Final provisions (XIII); One Annex is enclosed.
